Theme Compatibility
SyteHero setup and targeting is designed for Avada, Divi, and Elementor. Other themes may work but are not officially targeted by the setup flow.
License
Each license covers one WordPress installation. A 5-license purchase lets you activate SyteHero on five separate sites. If you manage client stores, each client site requires its own license.
Delivery & Updates
SyteHero is delivered as a WordPress plugin ZIP. Updates are delivered automatically through your WordPress admin once a valid license is active via SyteWide.
FAQ
Do I need WooCommerce? WooCommerce or FluentCart is required for catalog-connected slides. If you only need custom standalone slyders (not tied to a product catalog), WooCommerce is not strictly required — but the core catalog features depend on it.
Does it work with FluentCart? Yes. Both WooCommerce and FluentCart are supported for product data and sale pricing coordination.
What slider engines are supported? SyteHero includes built-in control over motion, height, and layout settings. See the documentation for current engine support.
Does it work with SyteOps? Yes. SyteHero is built on the SyteWide platform and is designed to work alongside SyteOps. If SyteOps is installed, SyteHero can access your defined users and roles without requiring you to re-enter that data.
What happens if my license expires? SyteHero enters a locked state. Your configuration and slides are preserved. Renew the license and everything is restored.
Is this really a one-time purchase? The Lifetime license is a time-limited promotional offering. When this window closes, SyteHero returns to standard subscription pricing. This is not a permanent pricing model.
